2. Shipping fee
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Exclude taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer is not paying customs duties will not be able to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize Alomce to import your product on your behalf and agree to Alomce delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon the arrival of your order based on the product value.
4. Handling time
After placing your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your items. This is our standard handling time, and we always strive to send out your products as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that the above handling times are estimates. The production cycle for all products may be extended due to the complexity of the craftsmanship or the availability of materials. Shipping arrangements may also be affected by external factors beyond the control of Alomce and its logistics partners. These factors include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.
